I'm a double board-certified family medicine physician and obesity medicine specialist with more than 15 years of primary care experience. I am also a wife and mother of three, including children with special needs. I know firsthand what it means to carry a full life while trying to keep your own health from falling through the cracks.

Over the years, I watched too many capable, devoted women receive rushed, fragmented care in a system not designed for their actual lives.
